The hotkey is registered with the system rather than tapped from the keyboard stream, so TextLoupe never sees what you type. It reads a selection only when you press ⌥⌘T.
No. The selection goes to our server and on to OpenAI, which returns the result. Nothing writes it to a database and nothing writes it to a log. What we keep per request is the action name, the model, and a token count, for billing and quotas.
OpenAI's API terms say inputs sent through the API are not used to train their models.
